Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1995, and in the matter of Dogal Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at Main West Coast Road, Christchurch:

Notice is given, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Act, that:

(a) It is intended that the company be removed from the Register, under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 17 September 1996.
