Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Grey District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2C/256 (Westland Registry).

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken for severance and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2C/256 (Westland Registry).
