Right to convey electricity: the full, free and uninterrupted right, liberty and privilege for the Crown to transmit or convey electric current in either direction over, through, under and across the land described in the Third Schedule hereto together with the rights set out in clause 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 substituting the words “lines, wires, cables and conduits” for the word “pipes”.

Amending a Notice Relating Road (State Highway No. 2), Tararua District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 4 June 1996, realigning road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1996, No. 57 at page 1475 by deleting from recitals (b) and (c) the references to Gazette notice B. 505366.1 and substituting Gazette notice B. 505366.3.
