company incorporated in Australia and having its place of
business in New Zealand at 4/12 Walls Road, Penrose,
Auckland) was merged to OTC Limited with effect from
1 February 1992. The merged entity carries on business
under the name Telstra Corporation Limited.
Notice is hereby given that ATC intends to cease to carry
on business in New Zealand under the name Australian
Telecommunications Corporation and that the business of
the company is to be carried on in New Zealand by Telstra
Corporation Limited.
