Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares:
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road, and vested in The Southland District Council.

2305 Crown land situated in Block VII, New River Hundred, being the balance of the land held in Gazette notice 280987, being more particularly shown marked “B” on S.O. 8601.
The above plan being lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.
