David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants (whose offices are Grant Thornton, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch), hereby give notice that on the 1st day of August 1996, P G & W F Green Limited appointed them jointly and severally as receivers of the property of KiwiZZimo Clothing Company Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of July 1995.

The receivers have been appointed over all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situated both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
