Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1996, No. 4.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to those pieces of land described in the Second Schedule, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the Clutha District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby revokes the notice dated 27 June 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 July 1996, No. 68 at page 1697.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in the Clutha District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Clutha District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

2970 square metres, more or less, adjoining Sections 3 and 4, S.O. Plan 23485, situated in Block XI, Clutha Survey District; shown marked “G” on S.O. Plan 23483.
