Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting of a “Stock Paddock” Reserve in the South Waikato District Council

The Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation and pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, hereby cancels the vesting of the stockyard and water reserve for stock reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The South Waikato District Council, as at the 31st day of July 1996.

4.7752 hectares, more or less, being Section 77A, Selwyn Settlement, situated in Block I Patetere North East Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1909, page 2391. Recorded on NZMS 261 T15 Sheets 7.3 and 8.3.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Matapouri Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve and further, declares the said reserve to form part of The Matapouri Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by The Whangarei District Council.

Revocation of the Appointment of The Franklin District Council to Control and Manage the Hunua Falls Scenic Reserve and Appointment of The Auckland Regional Council to Control and Manage the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Franklin District Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints The Auckland Regional Council to control and manage the said reserve.
