Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

We, Richard Dale Agnew and Timothy Wilson Downes, liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at 18 Crosby Road, Pukekohe, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 30th day of August 1996.
