Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of KPMG, Tenth Floor, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland at 9.00 a.m. on the 23rd day of August 1996, for the purpose of having accounts laid before it showing how the winding ups have been conducted and the property of the companies have been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.
