Glen Allen Stapley, chartered accountant (whose offices are Duns & Partners, Chartered Accountants, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch), hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of July 1996, McDonald’s Systems of New Zealand Limited, appointed me as receiver of the following land owned by Zoran Janjic under the powers of a memorandum of mortgage registered in the Land Transfer Office at Christchurch dated the 7th day of May 1993:

(i) All that piece of land comprising 743 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XIV of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 2314, part of Rural Section 132 and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 12B, folio 173 (Canterbury Land Registry), subject to encumbrance in transfer No. 159900; and

(ii) All that piece of land comprising one (1) rood three (3) perches and eight tenths (8/10) of a perch, more or less, situated in Block XIV of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 2314 and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 605, folio 92 (Canterbury Land Registry).
