Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land
Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, the Secretary of Transport, having obtained, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.
Schedule
(a) All that parcel of land containing 2069 square metres, more or less, being Section 453, Town of Dobson and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 569 (Westland Registry), subject to lease No. 052575.
(b) All that parcel of land containing 1.0610 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 2703, Town of Greymouth and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 5C, folio 1215 (Westland Registry), subject to lease No. 103805.
