Declaring Land to be Road in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road vested in The Dunedin City Council on the 18th day of July 1996.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares:

(b) That the area firstly described in the said Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 30348, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34D/64, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 187830, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) That the area secondly described in the said Schedule, now known as Section 2, S.O. 30348, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 52B/705, subject to compensation certificate H. 119426, South Auckland Land Registry.
