Notice of Application for the Renewal of an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Lufthansa German Airlines has applied for the renewal of its international air service licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Germany and Auckland, via any intermediate point and beyond to any point, from 1 November 1996, and that it is proposed that renewal be granted for a period of 5 years from that date.
