Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 209C (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1955

The above companies hereby give notice that on or after the 26th day of August 1996, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Money Express Limited.

Any member or creditor of any of the above companies, or any person to whom any of the above companies is obligated:

• may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the respective registered offices of each of the above companies or at Level Three, Ansett House, Grafton Mews, 50 Grafton Road, Auckland;

• shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request to any of the above companies during normal business hours.
