Notice of Final Meeting

The liquidator of Ruapehu Motors Limited (in liquidation), gives notice, pursuant to section 291 (2) and (3) of the Companies Act 1955, of the meetings of the company in the general meeting and of the creditors thereof to be held in the boardroom of the offices of the liquidator, Messrs Markhams Wanganui, 249 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui on Thursday, the 1st day of August 1996:

1. The company in general meeting at 3.00 p.m.
2. The creditors at 3.30 p.m.

The object of both meetings is to enable the liquidator to present to the company and to the creditors his account of the winding up, and in respect of the creditors' meeting, to consider the disposal of the books of the company.
