On the 28th day of June 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Tasman Gold Developments Limited be liquidated voluntarily and that Shane Hussey, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of June 1996.
