Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of July 1996, David John Hamer hereby appointed Maurice Reed Goodwin, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Wholesale Timber Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 30th day of November 1995, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.
