Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped and Vested—Pourerere Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the road in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(a) The road firstly described (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10665) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V4/445, subject to mortgage No. 533568.4 and 591142.1.

(b) The road second described (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10665) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V3/1142.

(c) The road thirdly and fourth described (now known as Sections 3 and 4, S.O. 10665 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V3/1141.

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, the Secretary for Transport, having obtained, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

(a) All that parcel of land containing 758 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 52052, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 21B, folio 704 (Wellington Registry), subject to lease 673235.1.
