Notice is hereby given on a special meeting of the above-named company on the 2nd day of July 1996, passed a special resolution that:

“The declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 213 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators of the company.”

Explanation: The company has sold its business as a going concern and ceased to trade. Accordingly, there is no reason for the company to continue to exist.

The undersigned does hereby fix the 5th day of August 1996, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 268 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
