Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of July 1996, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountant, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Magnum Photo Supplies Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of May 1994, given by that company.

The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

Box 2099), Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of July 1996, they were appointed by Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of all the undertaking and assets of B. & D. Cartwright Limited, charged by a certain debenture dated the 11th day of May 1994 given by B. & D. Cartwright Limited in favour of Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (South Island) Properties Limited.

The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property, goodwill and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
