Road Re-Alignment in the Queenstown-Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares;

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which shall vest in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the 4th day of July 1996.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/364.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/364.

First Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

All that piece of land containing 3.2130 hectares, being part Run 632, Block I, Kawarau Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 22918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

All that piece of road containing 1.8854 hectares, adjoining or passing through Section 13, part Run 632, Block I, Kawarau Survey District and Lot 13, D.P. 20799; shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 22918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Third Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown-Lakes District

All that piece of land containing 4.8912 hectares, being part Run 632, Block I, Kawarau Survey District; shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 22918, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Dated at Dunedin this 25th day of June 1996.
