Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993

South Canterbury Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of June 1996, it appointed Anthony George Lewis, chartered accountant of Wellington and Paul Francis Lynskey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, jointly and severally the receivers and managers of the property of Southern Ocean Trawlers Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of January 1994, which property consists of all of the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Southern Ocean Trawlers Limited.
