Road Stopped in Far North District and Added to the Adjoining Public School

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the piece of road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and when so stopped to be known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 41345 and to be added to the adjoining land described in the Second Schedule which is vested in the Crown for a public school.

North Auckland Land District

1968 square metres (0a-1r-37.8p) adjoining or passing through Sections 112, 114 and 115, Suburbs of Rawene and Section 5, Block XIV, Mangamuka Survey District; shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 41345 and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District

9948 square metres, being Sections 112, 114 and 115, Suburbs of Rawene. All Proclamation 17260, North Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.
