Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Invercargill, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, for the removal of Knower Farms Limited, whose registered office is situated at 142 Spey Street, Invercargill, from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and the articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Invercargill by the 19th day of July 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

We, David John Roache, Pauline Mary Roache, Neil Alexander Robbie and Louise Mary Robbie, all care of 37 Coley Street, Foxton, hereby give notice that by agreement dated the 29th day of March 1995, we have agreed to dissolve the partnership previously carried on between us with effect from the 1st day of March 1995.

The said partnership was known as the RTR Partnership, the said partnership being established by agreement dated the 12th August 1991 for the purposes of purchasing and developing for residential purposes lands in Union Street, Foxton.
