Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken Near Harveys Flat in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of April 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 1996, No. 33 at page 984, declaring land acquired for road, road stopped and land taken in the City of Dunedin by omitting from the sixth declaration reference to “Kenneth Rowland Harrex, Elizabeth Clair Harrex and the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited” and replacing it with “Kenneth Rowland Harrex (½ share), Elizabeth Claire Harrex (½ share) and the Trustees Executors & Agency Company of New Zealand Limited and Kenneth Rowland Harrex and Elizabeth Claire Harrex both above named (½ share) as tenants in common in the said shares.”

Declaring Land and a Right to Convey Water Easement in Gross to be Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 13th day of June 1996 and a right to convey water easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes, vesting in The Dunedin City Council, its employees, agents and licensees the rights relating to right to convey water easements set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 13th day of June 1996.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Canterbury Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
