Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, whose office is at Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Level Twenty-eight, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland, with reference to Elmon Enterprises Limited, hereby gives notice that on 12 January 1996, he was appointed as receiver of the property of Elmon Enterprises Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated 20 April 1983.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital
