Road Realignment (State Highway No. 2)

Tararua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (7), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to the adjacent reserve contained in Gazette notice B. 505366.1.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be added to the adjacent reserve contained in Gazette notice B. 505366.1.
