Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting in the New Plymouth District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy, hereby cancels the vesting in The New Plymouth District Council and revokes the reservation as a site for county buildings reserve, for the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 13422 (formerly Section 4, Town of Urenui). All certificate of title 197/80.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 26th day of April 1995:

‘‘That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (utility) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.’’

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (water conservation) reserve to local purpose (quarry) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
