Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of February, 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 February 1996, No. 13, page 457, setting land in Waikato District apart for the generation of electricity by deleting “16.9050” from the Schedule and substituting “16.7380”.
