International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Notice is hereby given that I, Maurice Williamson, Minister of Transport, intend to exercise the powers conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the international air service licence issued to Kiwi Travel International Airlines Limited to reflect that companyβs change of name to Kiwi International Airlines Limited.
This amendment will take effect from 21 June 1996.

Electro-Technology Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of May 1995, the Electro-Technology Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted full recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation for the Security Industry.
In addition to those skill standard setting areas for which the organisation has previously been recognised, it will also set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas:
All the skills and knowledge relating to Security and Investigation, including:
Security Staff Services, Non-specialist Security Functions, Security Control, Investigative Services, Security Consultancy, Security Management, Levels 1β8.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Peter Nicholas Rendall, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the vehicles specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 63 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.

Schedule 2
Conditions
(i) The vehicle has indicators fitted to the ends of the handlebars and these indicators are in working order;
(ii) This exemption may be revoked at any time;
(iii) A copy of this notice must be retained by each vehicle owner and, given reasonable notice, be available for inspection by a Warrant of Fitness Issuing Authority or the New Zealand Police.
