Pursuant to section 32 of the Defence Act 1990, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Officer Cadet Jason Lyall Milne is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flying Officer with seniority of 30 June 1992 and with effect from 27 November 1992.

Officer Cadet Jeffrey Allen Price is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority of 21 October 1991 and with effect from 21 October 1994.

Officer Cadet Christopher Jon Andrew is appointed to a commission in the rank of Pilot Officer with seniority of 28 June 1994 and with effect from 28 October 1994.

Officer Cadet Nicholas Patrick Greene is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flying Officer with seniority of 18 February 1993 and with effect from 24 November 1994.

Officer Cadet Andrew Charles Sinclair Birt is appointed to a commission in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority of 5 December 1994 and with effect from 5 December 1994.
