The Registrar at Auckland proposes to act under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that these companies were carrying on business or in operation, or some other reasons existed for them to remain on the Register at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who wishes to object to the restoration of any of these companies to the Register, must deliver notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 28 days from the date of this notice.
