In the matter of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Valley Group Limited:

Anthony Rex Mundy, nurseryman of Kerikeri, hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of May 1996, he appointed Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 6th day of June 1995.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsovever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Carpenter Family Trust with reference to Performance Plus Fertilisers Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of May 1996, the Carpenter Family Trust appointed Richard Bryan Neal and Graham Cameron Edwards, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Edwards and Co., Chartered Accountants, 76 Tennyson Street, Napier, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 20th day of July 1994.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
