APPOINTMENT AND RELEASE OF RECEIVERS
Control Automation Limited (in liquidation)
Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of May 1996, the Bank of New Zealand Limited hereby appointed Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Control Automation Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 18th day of February 1993, given by that company.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.
The offices of the receiver and manager are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland.
