Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Taken in The District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/42, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 352875.4.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares:

(i) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/42, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 352875.4.

(ii) The land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/40, subject to memorandum of mortgage 349428.2.

(iii) The land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11C/41, subject to memorandum of mortgage 349428.2.

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

3649 square metres, situated in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, being Section 1, S.O. 15333.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1078 square metres, situated in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, being part Section 18; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 15333, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Third Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1628 square metres, situated in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, being part Section 18; as shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 15333, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Fourth Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1482 square metres, situated in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, being part Section 18; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 15333, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Education Purposes in the District of Buller

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of April 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 May 1996, No. 41 at page 1185, acquiring land for education purposes, by omitting the following from the sixth line:

“is hereby acquired”

and substituting the following:

“is hereby acquired, subject to a building line restriction as contained in Order in Council 1078”.
