Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of Court Pride of Alexandra, a branch of the United Otago District of the Ancient Order of Foresters, unless within 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette in which this advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Court commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
