Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, for the removal of Pine Cottage Limited, whose registered office is situated at 51 Springfield Road, Western Springs, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1955.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 211 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 31st day of May 1996 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice is hereby given that Laura Daphne Nomikos has been authorised by a special resolution of members of the above-named company to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Milkcaps International Limited, whose registered office is situated at RNZAF Shelly Bay, 100 Shelly Bay Road, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Napier by the 10th day of June 1996, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice of Intention to Remove From the New Zealand Register of Companies

The shareholders of Kayron Holdings Limited hereby give notice, pursuant to section 295 of the Companies Act 1955, of their intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

This removal is to be made under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with the company’s memorandum and articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.
