Notice is hereby given that the final meeting of unsecured creditors is called for 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, 16 May 1996, at the offices of Kent + Little, First Floor, Kent + Little Building, 29 Queen Street, Levin, for the purposes of:

(a) Receiving the liquidator's accounts showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and for the adopting of such a report.

(b) Allowing the books and papers of the company and the liquidator to be destroyed.

The business to be transacted at the meeting of creditors shall be:

Liquidator's Report—To consider the liquidator's report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
Appointment of Liquidators—To consider whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators so appointed.
Conduct of the Liquidation—To consider whether the liquidators should be asked to have regard to the views, if any, of creditors in conducting the liquidation.
Liquidation Committee—To consider whether a liquidation committee be appointed, and if so, to appoint the members of that committee.
