Land Transfer Act Notice

The certificates of title and memoranda of lease described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is given of my intention to issue new certificates of title and provisional leases upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Memorandum of lease H. 110975.3 affecting the land in certificate of title 21C/917 whereby George Gordon Beale, retired of Tauranga and Ellen Mavis Beale, his wife, are both registered proprietors and lessees. Application B. 334608.

Certificate of title 43A/448 in the names of Nolan George Julian, deck officer of Wanganui and Heather Ann Julian, his wife. Application B. 335444.

Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the memorandum of lease set out in the Schedule for registration of surrender of lease S. 528509, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
