Notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (d) of the Companies Act 1993, it is proposed that a request be made to the Registrar of Companies at Invercargill to remove D M Popham Limited, whose registered office is at 142 Spey Street, Invercargill from the New Zealand Register.
The grounds for the removal are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution in the Companies Act 1993.
