Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped in Waikato District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) Area “C”, now known as Section 28, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 94, subject to memorandum of lease H. 707902.1 and to memorandum of mortgage B. 109825.2 (South Auckland Registry).

(ii) Area “D”, now known as Section 29, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 40, folio 158, subject to memorandum of lease H. 707902.1 and to memorandum of mortgage B. 109825.2 (South Auckland Registry).

Road Stopped in South Auckland

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981:

(a) The Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58822, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31A/940 (South Auckland Land Registry).

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58823, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47B/468, South Auckland Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58820, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31A/172, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 158453.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares those pieces of stopped road thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly and ninthly described, now known as Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5, S.O. 58823 and Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. 58824 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26C/513, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 597871.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to section 117, declares those pieces of stopped road tenthly, eleventhly, twelfthly, and thirteenthly described, now known as Sections 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 58821 and Section 3, S.O. 58822 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31A/173, South Auckland Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to section 119 (4) (a), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58821, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 31A/173, South Auckland Land Registry.
