Unless written objection to the removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, is made to the Registrar within 28 days of the date on which this notice was published, the Registrar may dissolve the company.

The Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned applicants in accordance with section 295 (2) of the Act, being all the shareholders of the company, that they propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Blenheim, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, for the removal of Whites Footwear Limited, whose registered office is situated at Blenheim, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Blenheim by 30 June 1996 (being a date not less than 28 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

This company is being voluntarily wound up by the shareholders as part of a planned rearrangement of their affairs.
