updating of existing schedules and the addition of new filters to those schedules.

The Explanatory Note to the principal notice invited suppliers and exporters to lodge requests, backed by the necessary supporting evidence, for the establishment of these values.

Since the original determination, Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts have been established for additional suppliers and exporters, and further oil filters have been added to the schedules relating to the suppliers investigated.

Following the review and reassessment the same system remains available to suppliers and exporters.

Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts established by the Secretary of Commerce following such requests will be advised to the suppliers or exporters concerned, and to New Zealand Customs.

Public notice of the establishment of additional or updated schedules of Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts will be given as necessary by notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

A copy of the non-confidential version of the Review Report containing details of the review and the conclusions reached, is available from the Manager, Trade Remedies Group, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 1473, Wellington.
