AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS TRADE AGREEMENT
RULES OF ORIGIN - DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIALS
NOTICE 1996/2
In terms of Regulation 70A(1)(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, “Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia”, the following materials have been determined:
- Heads, metal for golf club irons, but not including putter heads.
- Heads, metal for golf club woods.
- Golf club grips
- Golf club shafts of steel, aluminium, carbon (graphite) or titanium without attachments of any kind.
- Gold club ferrules, but not including plain black acetate ferrules.
This determination is effective from 21 February 1996.
