Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a service lane and shall vest in The Napier City Council on the date of publication in The New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Stopped Road Vested—Clyde Road, Wairoa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road, which shall vest in The Wairoa District Council on the date of publication in The New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 117(3), the stopped road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10601), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 31/280.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road—Waimarama Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in The New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The area firstly and secondly described (now known as Section 3 and Section 4, S.O. 10561 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title L1/365, subject to mortgage No. 533025.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken as severance and further declares:

(i) The area described (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10561), shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in The New Zealand Gazette.
