Box 996), Wellington, hereby give notice that on 4 April 1996, the debenture holder under a deed of debenture dated 30 September 1988, from the company ("the debenture"), appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the company’s property, undertaking and assets, whasoever and wheresoever, both present and future, as charged by the debenture.
