David Donald Crichton of Christchurch and Colin John Ashby of Invercargill, chartered accountants (whose offices are Grant Thornton, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch), hereby give notice that on the 1st day of April 1996, Bruce Henderson Miller appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of John Murray Coal Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of January 1993.

The receivers and managers have been appointed over all the company’s undertakings and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situated both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
