Land (Subsurface) Held for Railway Purposes Set Apart for Railway Purposes (Rail Corridor) in Auckland City
Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, excluding however the subsurface and air space above those portions from and above a series of planes commencing at the point “X” -2.25 metres RL below Lands and Survey Auckland Datum 1946 (mean sea level) on the Britomart Place boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 160832 and terminating at the point -0.54 metres RL below Lands and Survey Auckland Datum 1946 (m s l) at the Tinley Street boundary of the said Lot 8 and subsurface from and below a series of planes commencing at the point “X” -8.95 metres RL below Lands and Survey Auckland Datum 1946 (m s l) on the Britomart Place boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 160832 and terminating at the point -7.24 metres RL below Lands and Survey Auckland Datum 1946 (m s l) at the Tinley Street boundary of the said Lot 8, shown as part “Section X - X1” on Sheet 2 of S.O. Plan 68361, for railway purposes (rail corridor).

Road Stopped and Vested in the District of Marlborough
Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the portions of road described in the First, Second and Third Schedules to be stopped and declares that:
(a) The area described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1B/895.
(b) The area described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 39, subject to fencing covenant in transfer 31230 and memorandum of mortgage 161992.3.
(c) The area described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 167.

127 square metres, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 10, D.P. 2309 and part Lot 21, Deeds 16; marked “I” on S.O. Plan 7214.

103 square metres, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 9, D.P. 2309; marked “I” on S.O. Plan 7214.
Third Schedule
Marlborough Land District—Marlborough District
202 square metres, situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 2280, part Section 39, Opawa Registration District and part Lot 3, Deeds 16; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 7216.
As shown marked as above mentioned on the plans, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.

Notice of Intention to Compulsory Acquire Land
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1981, and in the matter of Lot 2, Deposited Plan 626 (Hawke’s Bay Registry):
Take notice that The Napier City Council intends to take Lot 2, Deposited Plan 626, containing 23 square metres, and as more particularly shown as area “A” on Survey Office Plan 10651, a copy of which may be viewed at the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier. There is no title to Lot 2, Deposited Plan 626. The land is to be acquired for road.
Any person claiming an estate or interest in the land may submit an objection, no later than 31 May 1996, to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, P.O. Box 5027, Wellington.
