Notice of Meeting of Members and Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Bologne Holdings Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is given pursuant to section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, that general meetings of the members and creditors of the company will be held in the boardroom of Coopers & Lybrand, Fourth Floor, Civic Centre, The Square, Palmerston North on Friday, 26 April 1996:

Meeting of members at 11.00 a.m.

Meeting of creditors at 11.30 a.m.

The meetings are for the purpose of:

(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

Proxies for the meeting must be lodged at the address given below not later than 9.00 a.m. on 26 April 1996.

A member/creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member/creditor of the company.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the under-mentioned companies from the Register under either section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, as applicable.
